We had a ceiling fan installed - no fixture existed so this included cutting the hole, wiring, etc. Very well done. Looks perfect. Installed exactly as expected. The price was very good. My only criticism is that it communication can be a bit slow. Not a problem for us (we aren't in a particular hurry), but it may be a limiting factor for others. I know it's because of demand...
