Our instructors are ATA Black Belts and Florida State Champions.
Private training is available and designed around the needs of the client. Emphasis on strength training, self defense, flexibility and creating a healthy lifestyle.
We have a great facility for inside training as well as along the water in downtown Tarpon Springs.

Mr. Rush is fantastic with all of the students he teaches. He is firm but fair and always has fun with the children. He knows how to respond well to all types of children. My son truly enjoys his class and has learned so much from him. He is most certainly a positive role model for all children!

Great instructor, takes time to listen and address concerns. Mr. Rush is very knowledgeable in taekwondo. He is positive and encourages his students to strive to be the best.
