- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to offer reasonable pricing without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with setting up a complementary inspection to determine the existing pest issues, to discuss service options and to address any questions or concerns of the customer. There is never any buying pressure. It is important for the customer to feel completely comfortable working with Bigfoot Exterminating. All Natural and/or Botanical products are options we offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As required by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services I complete a minimum of 10 hours of CEU training each year. In addition to that, I attend online training meetings.
