Redwine's Cleaning Service was the best I have had. Rachael cleaned my elderly mother's home like it hadn't been cleaned before. The icing on the cake was that she was so professional and caring with my mother. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and is committed to providing the best service possible. Rachel was very quick in her responses and did an amazing job at cleaning our newly purchased home at a better price then most. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deep cleanings are usually done the first time of an on going service. After that its standard cleanings for about 4 to 6 months. And then we can do a deep clean again. So, pricing can be deceiving if you just look at deep cleanings. This is the initial price and after it will change significantly. Especially with the on going discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a free estimate with different options. We can do add ons like changing sheets, lite wash, dry, and fold, windows in and out, organization, or whatever it is you would like to have done. Then pick a day of the week and time and we're all set. No contracts, just fair pricing for honest hard work. References if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning professionally for over 25 yrs. Learned a lot of ins and outs, tricks of the trade. But, always a clean that you will be happy to come home to. We use Lysol products, bleach products, and Microban products, plus other Covid 19 approved cleaning products. We also use steam for that extra disinfecting and sanitizing.
