Joe was amazing to work with! We just purchased our first home and knew of existing moisture in a wall. He came out the day after we closed and got right to work. He didn’t charge us day to day for the fans and helped think of creative ways to see what was causing the leak. We were able to text or call him anytime to ask questions. We hope we don’t have a leak ever again but would contact him if we did. Thank you Joe!

We communicate with the customer via phone conversation to get a grasp on what they need from us, then try to schedule a swift turnaround time in scheduling the on-site appointment for inspection.
