- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fair price for the value received. Our Five-Star Service Guarantee ensures the client is happy before deciding to pay the invoice. If not, we zero the invoice balance at no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regardless if a client calls to schedule or uses our online booking option, we always reach out directly to make sure we understand the order and to gather any additional information . This way the client is provided exactly what they are expecting and our technicians are prepared to deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC Certified Firm. Our technicians are certified carpet cleaning and odor control technicians. We also have a wide variety of expertise through our vendor associations and industry forums. New products and solutions are presented daily and the opportunity to expand our knowledge is continually being updated.
