Pelican Pointe has had several wine tasting dinners at Hotel Venezia. Caitlin, the sales and catering manager, has done a tremendous organizing the events. She is so organized and lets me know every step of the way how things are going. She has to coordinate with Chris, the chef, and Todd, the wine rep. and there has never been a problem. The more tastings we have the more people spread the word. The three of them are just the best!

I have been hosting weekend retreats for up to 60 women at Hotel Venezia for the past 5 years and everyone from the front desk to the General Manager are great to work with! Caitlin has been my main contact to work out all the details and each retreat has been better that the last! Our guests rave about the food after every meal and always comment that our food is better than they ever have at weekend retreats. It is apparent to our guests that the hotel staff continues to work with us to provide a wonderful event each and every time. We look forward to many future events with Hotel Venezia!

How do I just choose three items from the list? Loved how Hotel Valencia hit high on all five items of work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value & punctuality with such ease! Starting with the decor, room set up, staff & service, food presentation, and taste! Caitlin, Chef Chris & their staffs exceeded in making our time there perfect! You won’t be disappointed!
