I found myself in a bind- I had received an early morning call that my mother had passed during the night. As I was trying to organize my return for funeral arrangements- I was bothered by one unfinished plan. For 2 years I have been providing a feral cat feedings. He is skittish, hides as he waits for his food and reacts poorly to any attempt at affection. But I was already devastated- and even tho he’s feral, he is consistent and dependent at mealtimes. I went on Thumbtack- and my request was answered by Lisa. She was so kind, compassionate and caring- that I knew Mr feral kitty would be taken care of! She answered promptly and helped organize his care schedule. Thank you Lisa- you will be my first call when I’m in need again! I would recommend Lisa in a heartbeat!

Lisa responded immediately to my inquiry and stopped by to meet our cat and chat about her pet sitting responsibilities. We felt confident leaving Lisa to care for Minnie and appreciate her loving attitude toward the cat. She even watered my plants while we were gone! I will definitely hire Lisa again when the need arises.

Lisa had great communication with me during the entire trip. She handled very specific bird and exotics care and feeding requirements indoors and outdoors with no issues. She followed directions and schedule perfectly. Lisa even monitored hatching tortoises and transferred to a brooder! I highly recommend Lisa for any pet care needed. Will definitely hire her again!
