All due respect, but that is Absurd..Only in the age of the internet can someone who has Never done any business with you, Never met you, Never spoke one word to you, or ever had any contact with you, go on a public forum and spew baseless ridiculous accusations at you.. There is a difference between being rude and rebuffing inappropriate and unexceptionable accusations against your Character and Your Business..We sent a Screen Shot of the BBB cover page, and whatever would fit in the screenshot is what we have. That is not a doctored, edited, or manipulated document. Its just a screenshot. We are not accredited by the BBB, we never professed to be accredited by the BBB, we will probably never be accredited by the BBB for the simple reason we will not pay the membership fees. The BBB is bound by law to honestly report on a business whether they pay the money or not. We Have an A+ Rating...and No Complaints...Ever...I also provided Both of Our Licenses, Roofing, and General Contractor for review they can be looked up at the DBPR, and you will also see that we have No Complaints..on either license..ever..We have decades of happy customers, but for some reason we have this person hypothesizing, actually manufacturing reasons to be mad at us..
