Amber met with my husband and went over everything we needed to have cut, trimmed, cabled bamboo; etc. They were an amazing company to work with. Extremely professional, courteous, on time, would easily accept any changes or questions we had; went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job; made helpful suggestions, hard workers, and cleaned up afterwards. Amber checked in during the project to make sure things were getting done the way she expected; we can't say enough good about this company. The most professional company we have ever had the pleasure to do business with. We even received a "Thank You" card in the mail along with two delicious Gourmet Fudge Brownies! Very professional young, vibrant, hard working crew. Thank you Simply Trees!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I do not ever give a bad review on companies, however I am extremely upset with the work provided by this vendor. I paid over a thousand dollars to have the trees on my property trimmed and cut. I had many estimates and was torn between this company and one other, I decided to go with Simply Trees. Once they came to do the work they informed me that a part of the job could not be done, I was extremely upset about this as I would have gone with the other company had I know from the start they could not do the entire job as they did not have the proper equipment. They did however lower the price of the job. After the work was done there was a tree that was not trimmed that I brought to their attention and they assured me would be trimmed (it was never done) and the large tree on my main island looked as if it had not been trimmed properly and I asked them about it. When my husband came home he asked me if the trees had been done and he was very unhappy with the Aesthetics of the tree trimming. When my regular landscaping company came to do the lawn they made a comment about how bad the trees had been trimmed. I subsequently had two additional tree trimming companies come out to look at the work and have now received estimates between $700-885 to have the work redone. I wrote to the company asking them to work this out amicably with me and to let me know what they felt was fair as compensation as I was extremely unhappy with their work. their reply was to give me nothing. My advise is to not use this company!!!!

I strongly believe in hearing the good, bad & in-between about companies as well as doing research before hiring any company. I thank you for your constructive review with your experience doing business with our company, and I am sincerely sorry we were unable to meet your expectations with our arbor pruning techniques, as we prune to ISA ANSI A300 standards - International Society of Arboriculture industry standards.
To my understanding, our descriptive proposal may have been potentially misunderstood or relayed in a sense that was not understandable. I am sincerely sorry that those may of not been understood and will revisit our wording within our proposals in hopes to refrain from any misunderstandings in the future.
As I was unaware of any dissatisfactions until after almost 1 month of completion, as our work was signed off on and accepted, I will take all of your criticism into play and help our business become better every day.
I again apologize we did not meet your expectations and thank you for your review.
