I am not always the cheapest contractor in town. But, I guarantee satisfaction on every job, unconditionally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and meet with you on site to go over your plans. I'm happy to offer suggestions to help keep the project costs down without sacrificing quality. I try to turn my quotes around within 48 hours and offer free 3D drawing services for those homeowners that like to see the vision before committing. Once a project is accepted, my wife and I come back out to finalize the agreement and take before pictures. At the conclusion of the job, we return to take the after pictures. Since we are committed to 100% satisfaction, we love to hear the feedback from our clients on how we can improve our services in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is completed every 2 years as required by law.
