Gail has been walking our dog Val for about 6-7 months now and she is fantastic! I can't say enough about Gail's attentiveness, reliability, and great communication. We have had previous dog walkers an Gail is by far the best. She frequently sends pictures or videos of the day's walk, which is really thoughtful. She is also very flexible and works with us and our schedule. We originally had Gail come a few days a week, but we are so happy she now comes Monday through Friday. It's clear she really cares about the dogs she works with and wants to make sure they're happy. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and thoughtful dog walker, contact Gail!

Peter and Gail take my golden retriever Philo, out for jaunts four days a week.mtheynare always on time and very flexible if there are any abrupt changes in my schedule. Philo happily anticipates his interactions with Gail and Peter's pack. Somehow they always are a good mix of temperments (a real hit or miss for me at dog parks). All his walks are more like some small family parties. My life has really been simpler since they've been helping me out, the last three years.

Gail was SO great! Took care of my two kitties while we were away for holiday. She sent pictures and reversed my worrisome ways.
Will definitely continuing using City Tails SF for my pet sitting needs.

Gail is amazing! She walks Tucker 4+ days a week and is always on time, friendly and reliable. She sends daily videos and takes Tucker and his friends to different parks throughout the city. Additionally she has cared for him overnight at my house. I trust her 100% and am so lucky to have her care for my puppy while I am away. Happy to have her in my life and so is Tucker.
