- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally bid jobs on sight . Just to many unknowns without seeing the job. As far as hourly work. We have a $90 minimum for the first 1 hour For example if we come install or I should say work on a project for you and it takes 20 min .The bill will still be $90. I
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First phone contact and assessment of job. Normally I like to meet and see the project before bid just to see what is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience. In all my fields. Every day is different
