Maria did an exceptional job catering my wedding. I would recommend her for any big event like this or small. I also witnessed her in charge of the spirit of Ethan Allen moonlight lady cruise ship for all meals. Questions call802-881-4863

I had an amazing experience with Marie Savoie. She did a walk through my place before the party and worked out the details . The food was exceptional and extremely well presented . All my guests were raving about the food and the very pleasant staff Marie had gathered to serve. Many of the guests requested Marie's business card after the party . Many of our guests are well seasoned, experienced foodies , so wanting her card was quite the compliment !!! I would not hesitate to ask Marie to cater another event and we look forward to the next opportunity . Sincerely , Clare Shaw

I hired Maria to cook for my family while staying in a vacation rental in Vero Beach. I could not have been more pleased with her work. From our initial correspondence to the hours she spent cooking in our vacation rental kitchen, I felt that I was in the most competent and capable hands. Maria prepared a week's worth of delicious, healthy and versatile appetizers and dinners for our extended family of 8. We worked together long-distance to decide on a menu and when we arrived, Maria executed the shopping, prep and cooking all well within an agreed on timeframe and budget. If she lived closer, I would have Maria working for me on a regular basis! She is an absolute gem.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Last year I took the safe serve class, hospitality and restaurant management and fine dining courses at Indian River State College.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    In the past I was a Chef on a Yacht and you never knew what to expect from the new guests that were arriving. I had to be prepared for every type of diet, allergies and personalities. It was so much fun making sure that everyone was happy with the menus and making sure we could accommodate every guest likes and dislikes. The challenge was very exciting.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Just make sure that your customer and you are on the same page so there are no surprises. Everything has got to be properly planned so everything runs smoothly.
