- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Last year I took the safe serve class, hospitality and restaurant management and fine dining courses at Indian River State College.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In the past I was a Chef on a Yacht and you never knew what to expect from the new guests that were arriving. I had to be prepared for every type of diet, allergies and personalities. It was so much fun making sure that everyone was happy with the menus and making sure we could accommodate every guest likes and dislikes. The challenge was very exciting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure that your customer and you are on the same page so there are no surprises. Everything has got to be properly planned so everything runs smoothly.
