Before moving to Florida about 20 years ago from New England I was a remodeling contractor and I also did some new home building.
I was always taught to do things the right way so quality is very important to me. I am also a very honest & reliable person which I believe sets me apart from most other handymen and contractors. Steven was able to come and mount 7 monitors same day. He was thorough and specific when asked what needed to be done and came back and completed the job perfectly!

We contacted Steven to install three ceiling fans and our experience was absolutely 5 star. Steven asked questions to identify what the job required, and showed up prepared for the task. He placed drop cloths prior to starting, and left our house as clean as he found it. He even placed all the fan packaging back in the boxes making disposal easy. I couldn’t begin to thank Steven enough for the help at our investment property. We needed help with the installation of new lights and ceiling fans. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of jobs you need completed I can usually quote you a fixed price which I find most customers prefer so they know the total cost of the job upfront. Sometimes an hourly rate may make sense but it would depend on the type of work you would like done. We can discuss all of the options when we speak.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to speak to a customer by phone so we can discuss the type of work you would like done and see if we are a good fit for each other. Next we can discuss pricing and maybe set up a time to do the work. Sometimes I may need see the job to give a more accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Approx. 20 years experience working in the various trades and working as a remodeling contractor. (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, etc...)
