I am a well versed home maintenance service professional, with key experience in the following areas: general carpentry, sprinkler repair, screen repair, painting, lawn and landscape services including tree trimming , fence repair and installation. I recently met with Todd and we discussed my project list. He listened and helped me make the correct choices for my projects. He suggested a less expensive way for me to achieve the look I was going for. I appreciated the fact that he was looking out for my best interests and not just trying to make a buck. Todd has several projects slated for my home and is very accomodating as to schedules. He makes sure that things are done correctly and in a timely fashion and will takle care of details such as picking up necessary items that you are unable to transport yourself. As more projects arise I will be calling on Todd to take care of these items. If you are looking for a honest, polite professional to do your job, this is the guy to call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $50 per hour and if the job goes over two hours I go to $35 per hour. I offer free consultations to allow the customers to get comfortable with me and give them a firm number when ever possible. It's easier for the customers that way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation time is key for me. I want my customers to feel comfortable and confident.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a building construction major in college and am currently working towards my residential contractors license.
