Ilene Bosscher has been specifically trained to counsel couples, children, and families as well as trained in all three of the nationally top ranked relationship therapies: Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Imago Relationship Therapy. Ilene Bosscher has earned a post graduate certificate in play therapy for children as well as many related trainings for children and families.
Bosscher understands parenting, she is a mother of five successfully launched children, the challenges of a busy professional life, and the consequential effects on the marital relationship, she is a wife of 45 years. Additionally, she has served for eleven years on the board of Kentucky Association for Play Therapy.

Ilene is also a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner. Havening Techniques is a relatively new psychosenory technique which can be used for the treatment of traumatic memories, anxiety, phobias, and instilling positive affirmations of self.
