Allen is fantastic. He has a great attitude and approached my computer issues with a combination of knowledge and common sense. A winning combination which is far too difficult to find. My issue was resolved almost immediately and for less money than I had been anticipating all day. From this point on, I will be taking all of my computer needs to Allen. He cares and that makes me happy.

By the way, I went to Geek Squad earlier this morning. They told me I'd be better off financially to purchase a new laptop. Refusing to believe this I used Thumbtack to search other options. I am so glad I did...it saved me almost $1000.

Go to PC Pros. Period. You will be completely satisfied.

I brought my computer in to Allen after going to Fix my PC Store for a simple mouse issue and they in my opinion may have caused other issues. Allen was able to properly diagnose the problems , make recommdations and get me up and running in a very timely fashion. He did everything he said he would and more. I am extremely pleased with his work and professionalism and would highly recommend his services!

Allen upgraded my Samsung laptop with a 1TB mSATA solid state drive with no issues. Successful cloning of my old mSATA drive. We will be coming back to PC Pros for all of our laptop repair / servicing needs soon.
