They did a great job. They arrived a little late, because a prior job ran longer than expected, but I was kept up to date by text. Alastair & his partnet (sorry, drawing a blank on his name) were courteous, professional & efficient. I bought a condo with furniture & contents, had it painted & got new floors and ended up with lots of stuff that needed to be hauled off. There was broken furniture, left over paint, old flourescent bulbs, carpet remnants, etc. They got it all out in short order without leaving a mess. Price was what was quoted. And I didn't have to rent a truck, rope a friend into helping (I have a bad knee & back) or drive to the hazmat dump. Probably didn't cost much more than the truck rental would have.
Finding Gilberto was a stroke of luck. Unlike other "Painters" who gave us a quote for our whole house interior painting, (we got four different quotes) he did EVERYTHING, that needed to be done at the "new" home we purchased. He repaired and painted our interior and replaced carpeting and wood flooring with tiles. He did a great job at a good price, so we then had him paint our exterior, replace our cabana bath door, and many other "handyman" type jobs. Going above and beyond, the things he didn't handle, he even went so far as to give us recommendations of a choice of workers and in some cases even handled getting the quotes for us when we were still living in our rental before we moved into the new house. I highly recommend Gilberto and Stone Care.

Randy ROCKS!! Having to clean out my fathers house after he passed was a daunting task. Between charities and junk remocal companies and figuring out who takes what was almost impossible. Some charities don't take matteresses for example, junk companies and dumpsters don't take paint, etc. Randy took EVERYTHING. He has some charities he works with. He was my one stop shop. Communication was on point. Called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would. I was also in a bit of a time crunch so he bounced his schedule around to accommodate me ASAP. His price was great and too even good to pass up. When I handed him a little extra for the amazing job and really going above and beyond for me, he almost didn't want to accept it. He showed up with his wife and son one day and his son and daughter the next. They were all extremely friendly and polite. I didn't use him for his handyman or roofing skills, but if I needed any of that done, he'd be the first person I'd call. Bottom line: Highly recommended. It is with great pleasure that I comment on the remarkable work and care that Chris McKenna of Cutting Edge Lawn Care has done for us. We are owners of a rental property in Hollywood, Florida and reside out of country. A Notice of Violation from the City was issued in which we needed to comply and correct the violation within a specific deadline date ( violation having to do with repair/maintenance of sidewalk& swale). In contacting Chris through the Thumbtack site, I explained to him the seriousness & urgency of the matter- compliance date of which was close at hand, & also the fact that we lived abroad. Chris drove to the property soon after , took photos which he sent us & communicated immediately as to what needed to be done. Upon engaging his services, he immediately started the work, the digging, installation of new sod, etc., again taking many pictures and keeping us constantly updated as to the progress and completion of the job. What is most outstanding and remarkable is the fact that Chris, in his busy work schedule, took it upon himself to take the time and drive to the property daily to water the new sod installed, knowing how crucial it was to water it daily especially during the 1st week. His comment to me was that he wouldn't want that the new sod installed would die out if we weren't there to attend to it & moreso, after having spent the money to correct the situation. Chris surely went above & beyond our expectations...... He is a serious, hard-working man, true to his word and with fair prices. Well deserved of a "OUTSTANDING" Rating Thanks so much, Chris! Happy Home Cleaning is Outstanding!!! We used them when we recently sold our rental home to get home ready for its new owner. They did a fanominal job on the house. It was spotless from top to bottom. They truly pay attention to the details and made sure every room was cleaned throughly. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. The staff couldn't have been more professional and took extreme care while cleaning. We were so impressed with their service and the level of professionalism that we have recommended them to many friends and will continue to use Happy Home Cleaning in the future. This was hands down best cleaning service experience!
Tim did an excellent job in completing a bathroom tile repair job at my rental home that turned out to be a more comprehensive job than originally estimated. Tim started the job on Friday and continued the effort on both Saturday and Sunday to complete the job as quick as possible to minimize the impact to my tenants. This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Tim regarding home repair or home improvement activities.

What an amazing job. When my Tenant moved out, Susan came to the rescue to help me get my rental property back to move in condition. I work 12 - 16 hours a day during the summer and I just didn't have the time to get the rental cleaned up. If not for Susan, I'd be holding my rental off the market until I find the time to clean it. Tammy pechthalt is an outstanding person she helped us organize our bed rooms,she mopped and swept the floors. Tammy is a very helpful person if it wasn't for her I would not have been able to finish all of that my self so I just wanted to say thanks.
Larry has helped me in numerous jobs around my residence from fixing plumbing, electrical work, fencing, odd jobs, and expert lawn care. Very fare, reasonable, and above all honest when it came to work and payment. I highly recommend him.
I was extremely happy with the power washing job. They power washed the house exterior, garage, driveway, and sidewalk in a reasonable amount of time. The house and patio especially looked very nice after the power washing job. They were also nice to work with and very responsive.
