Marc F. says, "I was very impressed with Gerardo, Elsie, & their crew. I needed a kitchen light repaired, & a receptacle added to the outside of my house. Gerardo came to the house on the day & time that was scheduled, looked at the job, & made some suggestions that I hadn’t thought of. He gave me what I thought was a fair price, and his crew were at the house within two hours. He noticed & pointed out to me that my pool pump was not grounded, so we added that to the work order. The work was completed in a timely manor, the crew removed all rubbish, & everything looks and works great. I have created a contact for them in my phone. Next time that I need an electrician, I will call them."See more

William J. says, "The communication from this company was superb. From text messages, calls and emails, they did well. Michael Riccio was on time and very professional in his approach and the way he explained the procedure and offerings. Pricing was higher than I expected but the above positive points made me feel confident in getting what I was paying for. He was even able to have the work done the same day. Unfortunately, the technicians who did the work did a poor job with my turf, which they had to lift up to run conduit underneath. The previously hidden seems are now much more visible but that isn't the end of the world. What's worse is that they did not dig deep enough and bury the conduit deep enough causing ripples and lumpiness in my turf and you can feel the conduit below it as you walk in that area. The fasteners that weren't previously visible to hold the turf down were left visible and the 90 degree elbows that Michael said would be installed for a cleaner look were not utilized. The techs worked super quickly but that resulted in less than satisfactory cosmetic appearance (Function over Form). At the end of the day the power was connected so I can't be too angry. I just expected better."See more
