The handyman they sent, Alex, was professional, quick, and very nice. I have absolutely no complaints about him. However, they sent only one man to do a two-man job and the project ended up costing more than what I budgeted, was not fully completed, and was mismanaged. I had an old fence that I needed to be torn down. It's a rather large fence, approximately 200' in length. When Alex arrived, all he had with him was a hammer and a crowbar. This was concerning considering the scope of the project. However, he managed to tear down all of the panels in about four hours, by himself, in 90 degree heat. After that, there was miscommunication about the quote for the job which Max, one of the owners, was quick to resolve. He was very understanding and said not to worry about anything, he would take care of it, which he did. Long story short, I estimated the project would take two people about 5 to 6 hours to complete. It ended up spanning an entire weekend, went over budget, and was not fully completed because of it. So this review should not reflect poorly on Alex the handman or the work he provided, simply it was with the mismanagement of the project.
