Is the same you buy a car You can buy a car for $40k and for $400k both can take you to the destination but the feeling is totally different. Is our own story: We hired a contractor first in Miami for a house remodeling That is the time I get contacted with Gergo he also gave us a price, what was almost double for a house extension (higher roof, extra 600sqft 2 story) and I thought oh he is a greedy one We ended up spending more with change orders and the “cheaper” contractor because this and that “ not included” Took way longer and was way more headache for everyone, we were waiting just to finish it! The next projects (restaurant, store, office, showroom, house) we asked Gergo straight, and absolutely no regrets! He is not the cheapest, but honest on price, and what you can expect! They never use cheap materials, and the result have this high end good quality feeling not like is going to fall apart soon! If you compare the contractors based only on price, probably Gergo is not your person, but if quality and what you get for your money count, he is the best choice, for long lasting, quality projects! Jack and Lucas are true craftsmen. They have many years of experience in the building trades and they are both really nice guys.I hired JL Building Concept to do a small wainscoting job at my home in Cooper City, and after I saw the quality of work I was so impressed I had them replace all the Baseboards, and Door Facings in my entire home. The end result was beautiful.This company performs great work, arrives on time, finishes on schedule, and budget, and delivers beautiful results. They have good prices too. I would highly recommend them for Kitchens, Bathrooms, or any Remodeling or New Construction project you may have.JL Building Concepts are great Guys who really take pride in their work."See more
