Tech changed bios instead of changing the ssd to the requested format. The laptop will nolonger upgrade to Win11 Pro because the bios were changed to wrong standard. Had to send it to manufacturers regional factory repair facility at my expense.
I notified this business by email immediately when I tried to do the OS update. No response. Finally got a response after reaching the business owner through the app. He refused to issue a refund. They also charged me more then originally quoted. Take your computer problem elsewhere.
