- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pieces are custom curated therefore prices vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial phone consultation to discuss the clients needs. Once we better understand what the client is looking for specifically we start the process with a 1/2 deposit down up-front. For large piece orders, please expect an extended turnaround time. For all POPUP Shop showings in a private home or office setting, the logistics, time, date, etc will need to be discussed in detail and an initial non-refundable travel charge is required.
