- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give my price, it will be all included. There will not be any hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start getting in touch by email, text or phone. First of all I like to have a good general idea of the event with general details like the date, location, the occasion, etc. I make sure I fully answer my clients answer and determine if we are a good fit to each other. I am a calm professional so I reassure my clients on potential issues. Communication is key. Then we move to customized proposal for their event and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in communication and management from a school in Paris. I have done several workshops and attended different courses to better my skill over the last few years.
