I found Castro Critters Removal service online and Billy took the time to come out to my house at the last minute. He provided exceptional services, by going up the attic to search for what we assumed is a dead rodent due to an odor illuminating in our kids room. He did more work than other services who refused to attempt to go in the attic due to small crawl space. Thank you so much Billy for your services. Will keep in touch.

We had a critter roaming around our attic and called Castro Critter Removal. Promptly showed the same day and gave me a good price. Mr. Castro told me he was going to keep chasing this guy until he was caught. It took less than a week and several visits but Castro Critter got him. His dedication to catching the mouse was incredible. He also inspected the house roof and patch a small hole. I’ll definitely call again if I have a critter problem.

A truly honest company. Came out to my property at no charge to determine if I even had a rodent in my attic, then got up on my roof to try and find where they got in. All the other companies just gave me a price to trap and seal the home without even determining if I had a problem. Very reasonably priced and personable.
