A truly honest company. Came out to my property at no charge to determine if I even had a rodent in my attic, then got up on my roof to try and find where they got in. All the other companies just gave me a price to trap and seal the home without even determining if I had a problem. Very reasonably priced and personable.

Billy helped us out in an emergency situation. He even arrived early which is unheard of in south Florida! He was very helpful in showing us areas we need to close up (holes in walls) to prevent future entry. I hope we don’t have to call him back too soon, because that means the critters are back, but I would certainly call him again in the future. Price is fair and he was really friendly, and seemed to do a very thorough job.

We had a critter roaming around our attic and called Castro Critter Removal. Promptly showed the same day and gave me a good price. Mr. Castro told me he was going to keep chasing this guy until he was caught. It took less than a week and several visits but Castro Critter got him. His dedication to catching the mouse was incredible. He also inspected the house roof and patch a small hole. I’ll definitely call again if I have a critter problem.

Billy did a fantastic job! And responded immediately to my request which I put on thumbtack late at night and turned up the next day. I had a rat nest in a toilet and he quickly solved the problem and included follow up visits as well as useful advice as to how to keep rodents out of the house. I will definitely be calling Billy again!
