- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee for all our service. All of our services are guaranteed meaning we don't charge you unless we 100% solve your problem, even if we have to come back. We also do not charge until the end of the service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can quote most jobs over the phone, other than rat/rodent jobs. We will call you and ask questions to better understand your unique problem and solution. Then we collect all your information and schedule you within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has spent hundreds of hours solving wildlife needs in Palm Beach and Broward county.
