- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and phase-based. You’ll always see a clear fee for each stage—concept, design development, construction documents, and construction administration—so you only commit a chunk at a time. We also offer flexible billing. Most clients choose a fixed fee; hourly or percentage-of-construction-cost options are available if that suits your project better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Intro call or on-site meeting. • Preliminary code/zoning research. • Walk the property or review existing drawings. • Define scope of work (SOW). • Prepare proposal and Agreement. • On-time project delivery.
