Only company in palm beach county I have found that specializes in ductwork! Great work! I thought Christie was a technician there for a sec when she was explaining the importance of it in a home!

I knew absolutely NOTHING about duct work or the importance of it. Christie set me up an appointment with THE DUCTWORK GURU! Great team! Thank you again!!

We hired Hopkins to install a new HVAC system in an older first floor condo. It was not a simple job. Gabe the young man who did the installation was very efficient and showed great integrity. After the first day we were not real happy about some of the look of the wires. The next morning Gabe came in and said he could not sleep because he was not happy with the looks and proceeded to make everything look fantastic. He communicated with us on every step and we felt he really had our best interest at heart. Great employee. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the helper who was supposed to do the sheet rock work after removing the old air conditioner. He had no idea what he was doing. They need to hire the finish work to pros like Gabe.

This was second experience with Hopkins. Last time Louis was so helpful and introduced me to their maintenance package to make sure my A/C is constantly getting the attention it needs. Patrick came out for this service call and he was awesome. He made sure I understood what was going on across the entire appointment, answered my questions, and showed me pictures of my unit that is up in the attic and out of reach for me. Patrick was so helpful and I would recommend this team to absolutely anyone in need of service.
