This was second experience with Hopkins. Last time Louis was so helpful and introduced me to their maintenance package to make sure my A/C is constantly getting the attention it needs. Patrick came out for this service call and he was awesome. He made sure I understood what was going on across the entire appointment, answered my questions, and showed me pictures of my unit that is up in the attic and out of reach for me. Patrick was so helpful and I would recommend this team to absolutely anyone in need of service.

My ac suddenly stopped working and I called Hopkins. My experience was better than I expected. Patrick serviced my ac and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely use Hopkins again

I had the pleasure of working with Hopkins for an AC repair. Patrick was the technician and showed nothing but absolute professionalism. My AC was repaired quickly and for a price I felt was reasonable. I will definitely be referring this company in the future and always using them for future repairs. 5 stars!
