- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services very reasonably, not being such a large company we don't have any reason to upsell you anything you don't want or need. We will always inform the client of the problem prior to fixing along with a SET price attached to it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every new customer the same as we would an existing client of 20 years! With respect, honesty, and integrity... exactly how we would like to be treated if we trusted someone to enter our home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just the three of our only technicians have a combined education and work experience of over 56 years! All of us are EPA 608 Universally certified, meaning we could work on industrial chillers if we wanted!
