- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with a new customer, I spend a few minutes to obtain basic information, diagnose the issue and prepare an estimate. While working on the job I keep the customer informed on everything I am doing. .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC certificate from Palm Beach State College, NATE certified and EPA certified.
