I hired ATS to perform a "system optimization" because my imac was not working correctly. The optimization turned out to be a much bigger project than either of us expected. It took hours over two days to find the hidden glitch in my software. ATS had promised complete customer satisfaction (I was dubious!). They delivered exactly that while being easy to work with (despite my not knowing even the basic jargon for computers and therefore, how to articulate my problem). Not only was I not upcharged for the work, they saved me from buying an expensive hardware upgrade! I will definitely use them again . Thank you!
