Its a perfect marriage between customer service and computer knowledge. Kelly came to my house and picked my computer and said she would take care of my "baby". It was very evident that she cared about taking care of me and she did everything that she could to make sure that my computer returned back to its original self. The flat fee was also very nice because I am sure that it would have cost me lots more if it was by the hour and they were true to the flat fee. I didn't pay a dime over what I agreed to. I hopefully will never have to call them again but if I have more MAC problems I be calling them right away.

We had a virus on our computer and needed to have the machine and my flash drive cleaned. I called J & M and I was able to bring my machines in quickly. They were fast, friendly and kept the line of communication olen through every step of the process. I will most definitely use their services again in the future.

Mrs.Johnson-Merrell rid my computer of many, many viruses, interacted with tech support at Dell to make sure I was getting the proper help I paid for, and found that I already had access to free security protection from my internet service provider. She is supremely knowledgeable about all aspects of computers and computer software. She performs her job in a friendly and courteous manner. She takes as much time as is necessary to be sure the computer functions properly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I'm pursuing a bachelors in Management Information Systems. Also, I have a degree in Computer Information Systems and my husband has a degree in Networking Technologies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a very early age. I took apart my first computer at the age of eight. From there I took apart TVs, VCRs or anything that my parents would allow me to take apart that wasn't working. I love to see how things work and how to put things back together. That's when it all started.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients call us mainly for virus removals, data backup, and hardware repair. In addition, we work small businesses that require a technician on site for regular maintenance, pc installs or network setup.
