Roy did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing the air ducts and dryer vent at a property I am now taking care of. The ducts and vents hadn't ever been cleaned (about 20 years worth of dust and debris). He was very diligent, professional, and performed his craft meticulously. The picture is an example of a before and after vent.

Vivo and David did a very good job cleaning my dryer vent and ducts. It's a tough job as it entails climbing on the roof of my 3 level townhouse. They explained the process well and cleaned up after themselves.

I spoke with Vivo who was very quick with response time. He gave me amazing suggestions with my air ducts that were extremely black. One technician showed up to my townhouse, Brian, he was very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. He made sure to double check on everything including my communication with Vivo and his. He suggested cleaning the actual unit compartment and adding a UV light to prevent the ducts from becoming black again. It took about 2.5 hours and the ducts came out CLEAN. I couldn’t believe what came out of them! The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because the price that was discussed over the phone with Vick did not match the price in-person. Regardless, they worked with me and offered me an affordable price for adding on the UV light and cleaning the unit compartment. I really appreciated that. Thank you guys!
