I just had my back porch area epoxied, I am extremely happy with the look of my new porch. Ted came over took a look at it, gave me a price (which was 1/2 the price on the two quotes I received from other vendors) Ted then gave me a date and told me he would have it finished in 2 1/2 days..and yes he was right on time and finished as he said. There is no standard pricing in this business. There are too many variables. The difference in our pricing involves...
1. Type and amount of preparation.
2.Amount of material needed to complete the work.
3.Amount of labor to complete the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be very low key. I am not there to "Get a deposit"
I usually won't even ask for a deposit till we actually start the work.
I thoroughly explain the work that needs to be done. And will have a free estimate ready within 24 hours, if not while I'm there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES, there are always continuing education available monthly and yearly.
But 32 years of being in business is the best type of education you can get.
I this type of business, you cant stay in business this long and not take care of your customers.
