He quickly answered my questions, explained the pros and cons of different replacement options, and helped me make an informed decision without any pressure.I ultimately decided to upgrade to the LiftMaster 6690, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. This opener is an absolute beast, powerful, whisper-quiet, feature-packed, and sleek looking. I also added the MyQ video keypad, which has been an incredible upgrade for both convenience and security.What truly set this experience apart was the level of service. Ken showed up the very next day, exactly on time, and got right to work. He efficiently removed the old opener and installed the new LiftMaster unit, wall control, and MyQ video keypad with the expertise that comes from someone who clearly knows his craft inside and out.
