We are very satisfied by the job they provided. My garagedoor was stuck and already have tried to fix it before but no success. They came next day after I called them and fix it right away, very attentive and professional customer service

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Universe Garage Solutions, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. We offer free estimates on all garage door services, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before we start the job. Our prices are competitive, with no hidden fees. We also run seasonal promotions and discounts for new customers, seniors, and military members. If you’re not sure what your repair or installation might cost, just give us a call—we’re happy to walk you through it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your needs and schedule a free estimate. Once you approve the quote, we complete the repair or installation—often the same day. After the job’s done, we make sure everything works perfectly and you’re fully satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in garage door installation, repair, and safety standards, with years of hands-on experience in the field. We stay up to date with the latest tools, technology, and industry best practices. Every technician is fully equipped to handle all major brands and models with precision and care.
