Tony was punctual and very professional, both in his work and demeanor. I called Tony to replace a faucet, when he arrived, he told me all it needed was to be tightened, saving me a little money. I appreciated his honesty, it is a welcoming in today's world.

If I could give more stars I would, Tony has gone above and beyond in every way to ensure that things are done correctly the first time, when I had questions he replied faster than the fire department. All I can say is not only would I recommend him to a friend but I wouldn't use anyone else. Never have I seen Vale & Quality be equal until I used this company. Extremely helpful when it came to understanding coast and gave more than enough for what we paid. Outstanding service nothing less.
