- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation—by phone, message, or in person—to understand your project goals, budget, and timeline. This helps me determine exactly what you’re looking for (repairs, remodels, new construction, etc.). For most projects, I schedule an on-site walkthrough to take measurements, inspect existing conditions, discuss design options, and identify any potential challenges. Based on the assessment, I provide a clear written estimate that outlines labor, materials, timelines, and any optional upgrades. I make sure you understand all costs before moving forward. Once the estimate is approved, we finalize a contract, confirm materials, secure any necessary permits, and schedule the project start date. I complete the work according to the agreed scope—maintaining open communication, providing progress updates, and addressing any questions along the way. I focus on quality workmanship, safety, and staying on schedule. When the project is completed, we review the work together to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final adjustments or touch-ups are handled promptly.
