I have to say that I had the most exemplary experience with this woman. In spite of her young years, she seemed to be very in tune with the body and mind processes of a 60 year old woman,me. She helped work me away from bad eating habits and devised routines that always made me say "Horrible! Horrible!" numerous times but funny thing, after time I felt better and better. Nowadays I attend one Gold's class a day and usually, as before, lean towards the water classes. But in addition, I have added one yoga and one body flow a week to my routine and presently, am aiming for 2 dance classes! I no longer have a personal trainer but finances coming along, hope that I can sign up again in October. This truly was a life-changing experience for me, as I find my way to a more healthy lifestyle and seem to thus far, have the dedication towards it. I really miss her and hope Florida recognizes her for the gifts she can give others. Can't say enough good things about my oh-too-short time with her coaching.

I've had a few trainers in the past, despite enjoying working with them, the knowledge was never retained nor was I encouraged or shown how to one day go off on my own. When my sister recommended Jessica as a personal trainer, I wanted to make sure we were on the same page by sharing my goals with her. I wanted to learn how to make steady lasting dietary changes, a balanced weight training and cardio routine that I would feel comfortable to one day do on my own, self sufficiently and safely. It was apparent that Jessica was enthusiastic and an extremely knowledgeable trainer, but most importantly she was more interested in the well-being of others than "selling sessions". Jessica has a good attitude, is down to earth, and genuinely cares. Her education and background really helped me in many ways. Even thought I have a pretty good understanding of exercising with proper form, she was able to pinpoint very helpful things that typically only a Physical Therapist would notice. When I had a back injury she adjusted our workouts accordingly, was very tentative not to let me injure it further, but also to strengthen it to prevent future injury. She is very in tune with body mechanics, locating the source of posture and form issues, and providing solutions to correct them. Jessica is very organized, she always provided me with copies of our weekly workouts and would have weekly goals for me with assignments for me to work on when at the gym or home by myself. Jessica always took the time to answer my questions with good solid advise and would always respond right away to emails and texts, she would also check up on me if she hadn't heard or seen me during the week. You know you have someone special when you look forward to training sessions and you really want to please them! If you are looking for a trainer and you have specific goals you would like to achieve (weight loss, strength training, training with a variety of injuries), need someone to educate and motivate you with a variety of exercises, or have no idea where to start... Jessica is the best trainer to start with, go long-term or short term with, and provides excellent special care for training with injuries! When training with Jessica I lost over 30 pounds (and I am still going) Anne D. -30

I trained with Jessica for over a year, and found her to be very knowledgeable, hard working, respectful of my limitations and encouraging. I have worked for 8 years with one trainer after the next, and I can honestly say, Jessica was the best! She knows about nutrition, about safe work outs and knows how much to push. I miss her! But the good thing is, I still have her "in my head" so I can eat right and work out without her. And after all, isn't that what we want from a trainer? If you want to feel better, be healthier, be the most you can possibly be, spend some time with Jessica, and find the path to your best you. Jane

Jessica is a great trainer. She truly has a great wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercises. I have a bad hip and she worked with me to make it stronger prior to surgery. She can adapt any exercise to your specific needs. Shes a joy to work with and I really miss her expertise. You will love working with her as I did. She's a gem. Melissa T. St. Louis, MO

I had the best experience working with Jessica. She literally changed my life. I went from someone who had given up on being healthy to a person who hates to miss a workout. And the best part was that I had fun along the way. Her educational background and knowledge helped define why we were doing certain exercises. However, it was her communication skills that made me feel comfortable from the beginning and that she really cared about me succeeding. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering hiring a personal trainer.
