What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full-service professional Christmas lighting company, so our pricing includes much more than just hanging lights. We provide commercial-grade products, custom design, professional installation, in-season service, takedown, and storage. Most projects start around $2,000, with pricing depending on the size and complexity of the display. We also offer multi-year options that can provide additional savings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer wants and looking at the property so we can recommend a design that fits their home and budget. From there, we create a proposal and, once approved, schedule the installation. We handle everything including the commercial-grade lights, installation, service throughout the season, takedown, and storage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed CLIPA certifications, commercial Christmas lighting certifications, and other ongoing industry training. Beyond formal training, a huge part of our knowledge comes from real-world experience designing, installing, troubleshooting, and servicing professional Christmas lighting displays.
