- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on the size of the house, condo, townhouse, or business. In addition, how often cleaning is requested, and the number of people occupying the space. If special requests such as oven, refrigerator, or window cleaning are provided this will be taken into account in our quote. We want to ensure we understand the scope of cleaning needed to provide you with an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the customer's home/business and review any details that may not have been discussed during the hiring process. It also gives the customer a chance to explain any pet peeves they may have, and us a chance to get to know more about them. Once the details are agreed upon we encourage any and all feedback. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the job we do. We also follow up at the completion of each cleaning to ensure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years cleaning experience working for other companies, and feel that we can provide a superior service. So we decided to start out on our own.
