Gie is very responsive and prompt in her response. There were areas in the home that were not cleaned thoroughly and there had to be a request to repeat cleaning of specific areas. Otherwise Gie had a positive attitude and willingness to help.

This woman was highly unprofessional. She and her teammate were very unpleasant, rolling their eyes and angry when we asked them to clean an additional room (for a fee we were willing to pay). Our home is relatively clean minus some clutter. At time of payment, my zelle account was delayed for some reason but in process. I sent this woman the screen shots of proof that the payment was being processed. She lacked understanding, insisted on staying until the funds came through(which is understandable) but then hurled insults about never working with Haitians again. She called a male who advised her to just call the police. Before she could call the police the payment was processed. She never followed up with me to say "Hey, the payment went through" I was excited to support her business but NEVER AGAIN.

This company was very responsive when it came to securing my business, but unfortunately their follow-through was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a cleaning and home organization appointment for June 5th at 11:30 AM. At 11:06 AM, I received a call asking whether the cleaners had arrived. They had not. I was told that the cleaner's phone had died and they were simply checking to see if she had made it to my home. At approximately 11:40 AM, I received another call asking the same question. Again, no cleaner had arrived. At that point, I was told they could send a different cleaner at 1:00 PM instead. I already had commitments scheduled for the afternoon, and changing my plans to accommodate the company's delay was highly inconvenient. However, I agreed to do so because I was promised a price adjustment for the inconvenience. I rearranged my schedule and waited until 1:00 PM. Still no cleaner. At 1:15 PM, I received a message apologizing and informing me that the entire appointment had been canceled. Looking back, the experience raises concerns. The night before the appointment, I was asked to send half of the payment via Zelle before any services had been provided. Thankfully, I declined. While I cannot say with certainty that this was fraudulent, the combination of requesting advance payment, repeated delays, no-shows, and a last-minute cancellation left me feeling very uneasy. Overall, I have a busy schedule, and today's experience was both baffling and frustrating. I wasted several hours waiting, rearranged my plans unnecessarily, and ultimately received no service at all. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
