Joel came to my condo, took the trash out the previous owner left in my attic. Just to say, I had no insulation in the attic. The heat was penetrating inside my 1200 ft.² condo. He told me that he had this pink fiberglass with a pink panther logo. Which was the best quality and he wasn’t wrong after they finish the work. I was surprised how fast it worked. The heat does not penetrate inside my place anymore and the AC is not working nonstop specially with this heat that’s happening now in South Florida with the heat wave. Best service in town!!!!!

Ceiling still had condensation.My air conditioning company went up there and noticed this company did not seal the peak of the roof that he was supposed to do. My air conditioning company had a big conversation with Joel and explained to him in spanish.Exactly what to do. He agreed and said he would do it.I needed that more than I needed insulation.However, we went in the attic to find out that was not done, and that's why we still have.And are getting water stains. Over three days i've been contacting him.Asking him in spanish to have his office.Call me no one has reached out.He is very defensive by saying he's the point.Did I ever say he did not do a good job?I explained he didn't seal the seams that were agreed upon
