- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give firm, all-inclusive quotes before any work starts — labor, hauling, and disposal are all included in the price we give you. No hourly rates, no surprise fees on-site, no "oh, it's going to be more than we thought" when we show up. We also offer discounts for property managers and realtors with recurring work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond with a firm quote, usually within an hour. If the job is straightforward, we can often schedule same-day or next-day. For larger jobs like full cleanouts or demolition, we may do a quick on-site look first. On job day, we show up on time, do the work, clean up the site, and collect payment when the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority owner is an Army Veteran and the co-owner is the son of that veteran. The discipline, accountability, and problem-solving that come from serving carry directly into how we run this business. Beyond that, we have hands-on experience in demolition, hauling, and property maintenance, and we stay current on Palm Beach County disposal regulations, recycling requirements, and permit guidelines for the work we do.
