- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In all honesty, a large percentage of clients know what they want, but they do not know what it costs, so we must explain why the cost of a project can reach exaggerated costs. But I am more of a defender of quality than what it may cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It would be good to listen, I try to get everyone in the house to participate. listen to your ideas, to try to make them come true
