My fiancé and I recently purchased a new home. We both had our “must have’s”, and mine was a yard with specifically artificial turf (after seeing a friend’s turf that was amazing quality).
After speaking with a few companies and doing my own research, I was working as hard as I could daily to prep for this large investment. Once I turned to ThumbTack and posted my request, I received a call immediately from Diego of LA Turf & Paver. Diego was very nice and professional and sent Ariel to come see my yard the following couple days. Ariel was an incredible guy who I immediately felt that I could trust. He was clear that the job would not be finished until I was satisfied, and personally guaranteed me with confidence that his company, owned by his father and brother, were the best in the business and knew exactly what they were doing.
Of course, such a large project is scary for anyone, especially a first time home owner, but what made this more nerve racking was it was a cosmetic investment.
Once we decided to go for it, about a week after meeting with Ariel, he came by to collect initial payment and move forward with scheduling within the same hour!
4 days later, my fiancé and I are happier than we ever imaged being. Honestly, the quality and installation is BEYOND what I could EVER dreamt. Not only am I happy, but I am extremely grateful for Ariel, Diego, their father and the entire crew of workers who did such a wonderful job. Oh yeah, they also cleaned up after themselves daily and cleaned my pool! You really don’t see too much of this these days. I am so glad I went with them and I really encourage everyone who reads this to choose them, you will be beyond satisfied!
