Step 1- spray to kill my lawn and mark sprinklers
Step 2- take up all of the existing Grass and weeks and treat the soil with fungicide, insecticide and fertilizer.
Step 3- minor repairs to sprinklers and lay the sod
I was impressed with the level of detail and the methodology behind the job. Even though he had to visit the job three times, the quote was in line with the other guys wanted just to rush through just to get to the next job and in months my yard would have looked bad again.
Oberlan is a very genuine hard working individual that I would recommend to anyone.
