- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we know the details, we provide clear pricing upfront along with an estimated arrival time and how long the job should take. If the customer agrees, we dispatch a technician right away or schedule a time that works best for them. Our locksmith arrives with all the tools and equipment needed to get the job done efficiently and professionally. After completing the service, we double-check that everything is working perfectly, answer any questions, and ensure the customer is completely satisfied before we leave. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
