- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different options that can fit just about any budget. We have no travel fees or set up fees. The price you get per person is the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with a phone call to discuss your needs and check your expectation. Then from there, thru e-mail, we deliver menu selections and we change as necessary to suit your needs. Then we send out a detail invoice with pricing and menu based on the information we get from the customer. We then ask for a 50% deposit and balance is due at the event when we have a final count.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had worked in Food service for over over 18 years and then decided to open my own company. We have been in business for over 5 years with our food truck but have branched out to full service catering the last two. As well as Catering we do several large corporate accounts were we provide pre-made meals for their employees.
